How we work


Our aim is to have happy customers and believe in making our customer journey as smooth & stress free as possible. From the first time you contact us to delivering your completed order, we ensure your journey with us is seamless!


When placing an order we will need the following :

  • Complete artwork files (unless design required)
  • An order outlining your exact requirements
  • Delivery details
  • Payment where necessary (please also see below)


Prior to going to press, we will always supply a pdf proof for your approval. Whilst every effort is made to ensure there are no problems or typographic errors, it is always our customers responsibility to read & check their pdf proof before final sign-off. We understand that there may be some minor alterations to be made before going to press & where this is the case, we will make these amendments free of charge. In the case of major artwork changes or errors discovered after the job has been printed you will incur additional costs to either amend or reprint.


Once in production, your job will progress through our print factory & finishing department. Should you want a grand tour, or to just stick your head round the door and see how we work, please feel free to give us a call to arrange a visit.​


We undertake a wide variety of jobs, from the simplest – to the tortuously complicated, so consequently there is not a set turnaround time that applies to all jobs. Rest assured we will always strive to get your job completed in the shortest possible time, without compromising the quality of course! If you have a specific deadline to meet, then please let us know so we can ensure your print is delivered on time. As a local London printer we offer free delivery inside the M25 via our own vans, unmarked for discretion.


We hope you’ll turn out to be a regular customer and if so our standard T&Cs for account customers are 30 days nett. For smaller one-off jobs & new customers we will require payment with your first order. You can do this by bank transfer or making a payment via PayPal. Please let us know how you wish to pay when placing an order.
